Uniforms
Wahroonga Netball Club incorporated a new design in 2022. This new design was created by combining our previous uniform and history of the club (using the red and white), paying our respects to the Darramuragal peoples and our Aboriginal heritage. This draws also on the name Wahroonga is Aboriginal for ‘Our home’. It recognising the future of the club with the modern style options and material used. The Wahroonga Netball Committee commissioned an amazing Aboriginal artist, Danielle Mate to create a design that would incorporate the Aboriginal culture of the area as well as the continued community of the club.
This new range of netball uniform consists of a netball dress, skirt, polo shirt, singlet and shorts. Any combination of this range can be worn on court during games. In 2024 this new design will be compulsory for all players to wear moving forward. There are options for additional length to be added to the dresses for the players who would like a longer style dress. Boys and girls are able to wear the singlet/shirt and shorts.
